Doğubayazıt
Dogubayazıt is great, although there really isn't too much to see other than the İshak Paşa palace. So, most of my photos from here are this one site.

I'm not sure yet whether I will be leaving tomorrow or sticking around for another day. Whenever I do leave my next stop will be Kars to visit the former Armenian city of Ani.

Hey -
so are you staying on the hill or in town. We also really enjoyed taking a hike up the mountains behind the palace. Nice day trip.

I spent one night in town then moved up the hill after that. You were right about it being *much* better up there.
I would have done that hike had I stayed in Doğubayazıt for an extra day but decided to leave for Kars this morning instead.
